Purvail offers SaaS solutions including:

  • Mail Ping: Active mail-flow simulation and monitoring.
  • Log Sifter: Forensic analysis of message traces and audit logs.

3. SMS Alerts and Notifications

By opting into Purvail SMS alerts, you consent to receive automated text messages regarding your M365 environment's status and health.

  • Consent: You must explicitly opt-in via our website or dashboard.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your tenant's status and configured thresholds.
  • Costs: Standard message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out: You may opt-out at any time by texting STOP. For help, text HELP or contact us at your registered email.

4. Limitation of Liability

While Purvail provides high-fidelity visibility into the Microsoft Cloud, our tools are intended to assist M365 architects and administrators in a proactive posture. We are not responsible for service disruptions native to the Microsoft 365 platform itself.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
